Forget about your traditional Chicken Casserole dish! Put a little spice into your life with our Twisted Mexican Chicken Casserole. 

  • 3 Chicken Breast (boneless and skinless)
  • 1 package Taco Seasoning
  • 1 jar Salsa
  • 1 can Black Beans
  • 1 can Corn
  • Cheese
  • 2 cans Cream of Mushroom or Chicken Soup
  • Tortillas or Breadcrumbs (crushed (optional))
  1. To begin with, you are going to gather all your ingredients to create your delicious Crock-Pot chicken! In your Crock-Pot, put 3 boneless & skinless chicken breasts while adding 1 packet of taco seasoning, 1 jar of salsa, 1 can of black beans, and 1 can of corn. This will be the base for your yummy tacos! 

  2. Once your chicken and different ingredients are all mixed together and settled, cook your chicken for about six to seven hours.

  3. Once they have cooked for about this duration of time, take out the breasts and chop or shred however you like it and add it back in the Crock-Pot for another hour. 

  4. Preheat your oven to 350 degrees.

  5. After you preheat your oven to 350 degrees, add an appropriate amount to your Mexican chicken mixture to a casserole dish. 

  6. Next you are going to add 2 cans of Cream of Mushroom or Chicken Soup, Cheese (Mexican blend is great), and then crushed up Tortillas or Breadcrumbs. 

  7. Once you have added your crushed up Tortillas or Breadcrumbs, cook for about 30 minutes until it is crispy on the top!
