Nancy’s Redneck Dip

This a a very hearty dip and a crowd pleaser

Ingredients

  • 1 lb Ground Beef
  • 1 lb Sausage (hot or regular)
  • 1 box Velveeta
  • 1 can Any kind of salsa
  • 1 can Cream of Mushroom Soup
  • 8 oz Cream Cheese

Instructions

  1. Fry the ground beef and sausage, drain and set aside

  2. Grease Crockpot

    Add all ingredients to the crockpot (slice the Velveeta)

    Let cook for about 2 to 3 hours

    Stir about every hour until all mixed and hot

    Serve with Tortilla Chips
