One of the things you will learn about me is I like quotes. I always jot down in my journal, quotes that I hear or read that move me. My Uncle Boad will send me quotes via email every Monday. He said “to the mom of my favorite Asian American, Monday Quotes honoring Asian Pacific.” I absolutely love and cherish these emails. So here are some powerful quotes in honor of these individuals that have helped to shape this world.

I picked the last few because they are from people that have lived, born or from the Philippines. I did this for my son, Daxston, since he is Filipino. I hope some of these quotes move you like they have me. I find somethings simply suggest powerful movements of realization. Quotes are a snapshot into the brain of someone else, enjoy the journey.
PS, Shari’s favorite quote “I can’t concentrate in flats” Victoria Beckham
